Games for the New Nintendo DSi

The new Nintendo DSi has proved very popular, partly due to its slim design and partly due to the fact that the DS now has two cameras, meaning that there are now more creative ways to boost your brain power and enjoy your creative side whilst playing on the DSi.

With regards to games, there are several new ones out that make use of the DSi’s new features.  These include; the WarioWare: Snapped game. This allows gamers to use the built-in cameras to put themselves in the center of the outrageous, fast-paced mini games which challenge them to battle against the clock in this hilarious new gaming sensation where you star in the game.

Brain Age Express: Math is another game from the very popular game series Brain Age.  The focus of this one is of course on math and game players can enjoy a mixture of new and well-known training exercises and also a new themes mode which allows the user to experiment with voice recordings and images in fun and unusual ways, helping them to learn at the same time.

Another new game that’s recently been released is Bird & Beans.  This game uses an elastic tongue and has players scrambling to collect falling beans.  Naturally, the harder a bean is to catch the more points a player gets.

The game Art Style: AQUIA is the latest in the graphically pleasing Art Style series for the new Nintendo console. These puzzles are mesmerising and this new underwater game challenges players to help a scuba diver reach the ocean floor by matching a series of coloured blocks.

If you’re a fan of card tricks then the Master of Illusion Express: Funny Face could just be the game for you. This game uses your Nintendo DSi as a prop in a card trick. You draw a face on the touch screen and then watch as the face tells the audience which playing card they chose. This is guaranteed to impress your friends and family.

There are many Nintendo DSi deals out there at the moment but it’s always best to shop online and compare the prices before buying one. Another important point to remember is that if it’s not important to you to have the cameras on your console then you could compare Nintendo DS Lite deals instead to save even more money.
