The filters are plastic, no glass. I needed some cheap filters and well that’s what these are. Don’t be fooled by the supposed $60 price that has been marked down to $10. The filters came dirty and one has a spot that will not come out. If you have an expensive camera/lense don’t try and cut costs on the filter, buy a Hoya.

I ordered this item on 7/31/09 and received it the next day with standard shipping (this might not be the case for everybody but they ship immediately), It was thru Amazon but sold and shipped by Ace Photo Digital, first time I heard of them but like them already.
All filters are sealed individually and all together in a small leather pouch, all have metal rings, if I’m not mistaken are real glass and they all fit perfectly on my Canon EF-S IS 18-55mm f/3. 5-5. 6 lens and on my Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5. 6 APO DG Lens.
UV filter made pics 20% brighter and sharper, FL-D is making everything magenta indoors and out (must play a little more with camera settings to see what it can do) and the CPL is amazing, turning the ring from normal to complete haze and glare reduction.
Can’t go wrong with this item, great shipping, great quality, fit and lens protection.

I ordered the cannon 3 piece glass filters and received a Zeikos 3 piece plastic set of filters. Upon contacting the company, they apologized and said they would re-send the correct items. They resent the same item as the first time. After back and forth messages, they finally admitted they do not carry the cannon filters as shown. They promised to refund my payment and I could hold onto the filters they sent me. They sent an e-mail saying they were refunding $5. 19– only a portion of what I paid, and so far I have not seen any refund on my checking account. I asked for a copy of the refund and they refused. They also indicated they had removed the advertised items from the internet, and I sent them a scan of the internet listing that STILL advertises the item incorrectly. I would never do business with them again, and continue to pass along my experience to everyone I know.

These are GENERIC filters (these are not CANON, not sure product was new, lens have imperfection and case has scuffs all over it. . . . really disappointed!!!!!!!

The reason I rated these so low, is that they appear to be Canon filters from the listing, but they are not. They are Zeikos. I just wanted a cheap UV filter and polarizer for the moment, so these fit my short term needs, but realize these are cheap filters.
