Firstly, I hate proprietary and expensive batteries in particular. However, these batteries differ. Yes, it is expensive. But it takes a long time without recharging. I always shoot with the screen so I use it to develop their full potential. I have never run the battery down – I shoot 500-600 images per day and it’s never been run down.
I probably should not even bought an extra battery, but Batteries now turn and I always have a safety net if required. I bought it because I was on vacation and wanted to make sure that I only charge once per day. I’ll take) a lot of photos and would not be without a battery.
If you respect a need for additional one (you do is worth the price.

This battery is one of the best Li-ion batteries I’ve ever met. As a camera vendor I have seen in the situation, and use just about any camera Li-ion battery out there. I have the G10 and I use it daily. This battery lasts an extremely long time on a charge and has a very slow discharge rate while sitting on a shelf. It is true that there are only so many charges, but thats true keep up with a rechargeable battery. The only catch is that this is one of the most expensive batteries Canon. It is a good price at Amazon, but expect to pay up to $ 70 + an electronic camera and retailers. It may be pricy but worth the money!

Past experience has shown that the Canon battery and survived much better than any aftermarket battery for the same purposes.

This battery works great, but I’ve bought, including ‘off-brand battery is available here at Amazon. For me, that other battery works just as good as this battery with a fraction of the cost… And for the costs of other You can not really go wrong, at least try it first.

Not thrilled by the fact that my Canon G10 this expensive battery, but wow, is it we always have to use a single charge. On a recent 10-day vacation, shooting about 200 images per day, I only had to recharge them once and that was towards the end of the journey. I also appreciate the plug-in charger, it is small and simple. If I have to be bound by its own battery, I am glad that this one.
