This is an Apple iPad. The WiFi only version ships April 3, 2010 for $499 (USD). The 3G + WiFi model ships thirty days later for $629 (USD).
You can edit photos. Just not with the included photos app, but remember you have access to the appstore so you can download photo editing apps. You even have photoshop in the appStore.
You can’t edit photos in the default photo app but there will be plenty of photo editing apps in the app store for cropping, adjusting levels, brightness and contrast, saturation, resizing and even painting on. Don’t be a douche.

yea, i think an important thing about things such as the hp slate and the ipad is its usability, some people go on about how non advanced the ipad is. . . as if they have already forgotten they wouldn’t have such expectations if the iphone was never introduced. . blackberries would still be the best thing out and tablet pcs would not even be thought about as having a potential market. iphone made usability on touch screen reality, without it no1 would even be considering tablets in 2010.

um, its using the same technology that the IPHONE made mainstream, nothing performs and reacts like the iphone does, every other phone makes you want to stab yourself with a piece of glass when you compare how fucking lovely it is to use an iphone. . . . which is the most ADVANCED phone and touchscreen device there is. . . after nearly 3 years its still the most ADVANCED. . . so yea. . . apple hasnt made a leap like it did with the iphone, but who cares, its still better then other stylus tablet crap.
I think they need to work more on the product. there are certain things that people complain. . . everyone things that is a big version of an iphone. . . and it actually looks like that. . . . also no camera. . ?. . wow

i just pre-ordered a 16gb wifi+3g ipad. . . but i also reserved a ipad wifi 16gb im waiting in line this coming apr. 3. . . it’s all good im excited. . . and i wouldn’t think this would be an “IPAD FAIL”. . because really if you think about. . it there was never a failed product that apple sold. . . from iPods to Macs. . they’ve been kicking ass. . .
